Hello everybody. I hope that you had a good lunch so you can be more flexible at this time. I would just ask countries to come here to tell us, I'm going to try to break to get the paragraphs that did not become green, I will try to make in a small group, try to do it green. It's a try. If it works, okay. If it doesn't work, we do something else. So, interrupt the meeting for 10 minutes. And please, delegations that want to be in this small group to try to, mainly the delegations that have problems with the yellow paragraphs that were blocked, please approach the podium and tell the secretariat or tell Leandro that you want to join this group. Thank you. So far, I have only the Russian delegation that wants to join the group. Anybody else?
Thank you. Sorry, would you mind just repeating yourself? I had some trouble with the audio on what the small group meeting is regarding.
The thing is, in the morning, I tried to green as much text as I could, or as we could, but it seems that the part of my speech where I say countries do not repeat their positions, there was a problem with the sound equipment, somebody missed this part. So what I want is get a small group that have those who have problems with converting those green, those yellow tags into green, that we have a small group Anybody's open, not -- I'm not saying two, three, four. I'm not setting the number. All delegations that are interested in breaking the ice and that we have those yellow paragraphs green, please come and meet. We're going to meet in a separate room. Got it? You are in. Niger.
Niger. Chair, thank you. We respect entirely the way you are leading this work, but perhaps we nevertheless need some clarification or rather We need to voice our concerns. We don't know if this small group is going to be working in parallel with the plenary.
There is a physic law that something cannot be in two places at the same time. So I cannot be here and I cannot be in the small group. So saying that, now we suspend the meeting for some time. and I will be leading the small group.
Thank you for that clarification. Chair.
Chile.
Could we possibly know how long this will take before we resume in plenary?
Ask the other delegations. I'll be there as long as necessary, but I cannot tell you on behalf of other delegations. Some delegations love to speak for 20 hours, Some delegations can be more concise. So the delegations that have this reply to you, not me. Gracias. I will suspend the meeting now and I'm going to Concordia floor downstairs where there is this cafeteria. Those who want to come are welcome. Thank you. Just to tell you that we went downstairs, most delegations were downstairs, and on my evaluation, we didn't go anywhere. I really want delegations to think if they want this work to be finished or not. Because otherwise, as I mentioned downstairs, I'm gonna bring a tape recorder because I'm listening the same thing. I don't know about you, but I'm tired. So either delegations want to be flexible And don't come with the story that my capital thinks like this. Oh, everybody has a capital here, except Switzerland that has no capital. But all the other countries here, they all have capitals. They all have instructions, but they also have to be flexible because if to be repeating the same thing, those who are here from the capitals, they better go home and us we better also to go home I'm really disappointed really and I don't like to work like that so I will adjourn the meeting now I think that everybody should go home think about see if they want to be serious and go on with the work okay if not I think I have two vice presidents to take the chair. Thank you.
