We would want to understand from the NGO whether they meant the general public of the Republic of Pakistan, or do they mean that this is for the individual members of the NGO? Because the subject that they have broached largely comes under the ambit of a federal government. It's a state subject.

Sure. The NGO says their aim is to ensure the rule of law that protects life, liberty, and fundamental rights of all its individual citizens equally without any discrimination. The committee believes that this is a subject that is amply dealt with by the state, by the government, by the sovereign state, not an individual NGO. So we would want to understand from the NGO if they meant that they are going to protect life, liberty, fundamental rights, etc., of the general public of the state of Pakistan.

Providing healthcare is the basic responsibility of the state. the safety of the citizens is the basic responsibility of state. I don't think there is any relevance of this question because, you know, every aspect of the human life is the basic responsibility of the state. So what is the, you know, purpose of this question? I would request the Chair to, you know, direct my question to my Indian colleague. I thank you, Chair.

However, the document attached dated the 16th of February doesn't open. We can't access it, at least using our account details. So we'd like to ask for assistance so that we can access that information. And then the other question has to do with Part 3 of the form. The information provided in Part 3 of the form on income is not complete. We don't know if that's due to a problem in uploading the information into the system But the information is clearly not complete, and so we'd also like to ask for the NGO Division's assistance in that regard to see whether that problem can also be resolved.
