Thank you for your question. First of all, thank you for giving us this opportunity to share with you. In 2026, there are 2 important activities. HLPF is what we intend to participate We'll work with UNDP, ISCAP, and Energy for All. We are going to convene a high-level meeting. ECOSOC chair has decided to participate. We have invited 4 USGs from the UN. Our goal is to promote implementation of SDG 7, calling for action from all countries, especially helping the Global South in filling up the energy gap. COP31 is currently held in Turkey. As one of the official partners of the conference, we are going to host a high-level meeting in the convention center. In the past years, we have invited high-level officials including the Secretariat Secretary-General and the special representatives from China and Brazil. Our plan is to host a side event on capacity building. We have set up a committee entitled Energy cluster. We also have other capacity-building programs. In addition, we participated in other UN meetings. In May, we participated in the Stakeholders Forum on Science, Technology, and Innovation. We also worked with UNDP on discussing AI and energy and how these can promote energy transition. We also worked with regional organizations and host regional meetings. In— with ISCAP, we are planning to host a meeting in Kyrgyzstan on promoting energy transition in Central Asia and filling development gap in this energy sphere. Thank you.

I was interested I'd be interested to hear a little bit more from you on the work that you mentioned, that you aim to facilitate international standards and rules on global energy interconnection. Could you please provide a list or some more information about the standards and rules that you focus on and any outcomes of your work in this area thus far?

Thank you for your question. The Global Energy Interconnectivity Network is a specialized initiative in the area of energy. It has— it's very technical. First of all, we need to synchronize or coordinate our criteria. We have a criteria committee responsible for providing a global platform, convening experts of all countries and agreeing on the energy connectivity criteria or standards. We have issued 2 sets of standards. Thank you. So we are working with other partners including the IEC, IEEE, and other well-known organizations, and as well as the power companies. Some energy companies are our members, some are not our members, in helping the ICN ASEAN with energy connectivity, we found that to enable the interconnectivity in ASEAN, we must synchronize or coordinate or harmonize their criteria or standards. But currently, these countries have different models and standards. We are working with ESCAP to work on the most efficient and effective energy efficiency models and provide these outcomes to our partners and countries for their application. Thank you.

Our membership covers both domestic and foreign partners. All these partner members, they provide us with membership fees and this is an internationally accepted modality. Thank you.

Thank you for your question, and thank you, Chair. Our core mandate is to promote clean energy. Interconnectivity is based on clean energy. Therefore, we Actually, we are not responding to the developments in the area of fossil fuels. The current energy crisis has provided immense opportunities for development of clean energy. More and more countries, when they're seeing how clean energy can help them build a safer, cleaner, and more efficient and more smart energy system, Therefore, working with some countries including Cuba and other Global South countries including or in particular seas, these countries are dominated by fossil fuels and energy system is fragile. Climate change and these black swan incidents can have severe repercussions to their energy system. We refer to HOPF. We are going to issue relevant reports to share our outcomes, research outcomes, that is how to build a resilient energy system response that is adaptable to extreme weathers and emergencies and exigencies.
