Distinguished delegates, before we proceed with taking action on the various draft resolutions and decisions on the issues that were before the Committee during the first part of the resumed ATS session, I should like to recall that consultations concluded overnight and that therefore, the documents before the Committee today are advanced and provisional versions and subject to editorial review and quality control. They will be issued in the six official languages as quickly as possible, taking fully into account the various resolutions of the General assembly on multilingualism. I thank all delegations for their flexibility to proceed with documents in English only to facilitate the conclusion of the work of the Committee at the first part of the resumed ATS session. Furthermore, all documents for action today have been made available electronically. The provisional documents are available on 5th committee placed on E delegate.
