This event is organized by the CSO-UN Dialogue on Peacebuilding Initiative Core Group – currently co-chaired by the UN Peacebuilding and Peace Support Office (PBPSO) and Africa Centre for the Constructive Resolution of Dispute (ACCORD) – and co-sponsored by Switzerland, Denmark, and Finland.
The CSO-UN Dialogue on Peacebuilding has emerged as a unique platform bringing together civil society, the United Nations, and Member States to exchange perspectives and advance more effective approaches to sustaining peace. Following the third global Dialogue in Geneva in 2025, this Peacebuilding Week event provides an opportunity to reflect on progress, revisit key priorities, and explore how partnerships can be strengthened to address emerging peacebuilding challenges.
