General and complete disarmament - Item 99: High-level meeting to commemorate and promote the International Day against Nuclear Tests
Held pursuant to General Assembly resolution A/RES/72/51 of 4 December 2017 Delegations wishing to inscribe on the list of speakers are requested to do so through the e-deleGATE portal. The time limit for statements in the plenary segment will be 3 minutes for individual delegations speaking in their national capacity and 5 minutes for statements made on behalf of a group of States. Time limits will be strictly enforced by means of automatic microphone cut-off. Letters from the President of the General Assembly, dated 16 July 2026, 24 July 2026 and 24 August 2026, were sent to all permanent representatives and permanent observers.
