All Permanent and Observer Missions and other International Organizations are invited to a "Member States briefing on the situation in Cuba". Distinguished speakers will include: • H.E. Mr. Ernesto Soberón Guzmán, Permanent Representative of Cuba to the United Nations in New York • Mr. Francisco Pichón, United Nations Resident Coordinator in Cuba The meeting will be chaired by Ms. Edem Wosornu, OCHA's Director of the Crisis Response Division, who will present an overview of the needs and response across the region.
