1. Opening of the meeting. 2. Election of the Chairperson. 3. Adoption of the agenda of the Preparatory Committee. 4. Organization of work of the Preparatory Committee: This will include confirmation of the Rules of Procedure (CCW/CONF.V/4) and adoption of the programme of work. 5. General exchange of views: Delegations are invited to speak on their expectations for the Seventh Review Conference across all issues. There will be a time limit of five minutes for general statements
